- Receive and answer customers inquiries relating to Driving Licenses and Permits, regarding the required procedures, conditions and documents.
- Organize and monitor the implementation of programs and plans that would promote the work within the framework of systems and procedures issued by the external centers and locations.
- Oversee on the service given by staff and how to direct the staff to provide outstanding service.
- Report on services, procedures and forms periodically and prepare the necessary recommendations.
- Solve problems that may arise with clients and make proactive decisions to resolve these problems.
- Analyzing the website information and reviewing the services related to issuing driving licenses and permits.
- Perform other responsibilities associated with the position as appropriate.
- Follow-up the services of driving licenses accomplished through smart and electronic channels.
