Roles & Responsibilities
Hands-on experience in dry powder injectables (Cephalosporins, Carbapenem, Penicillin).
Knowledge of clean room operations, HVAC validations.
Strong team management and coaching skills.
Awareness of GMP, QMS, EMS, cGMP requirements (DRAP, WHO, PICs).
Manage sterile pharmaceutical production processes.
Maintain discipline and GMP compliance in production.
Guide, train, and develop departmental managers.
Must-Have Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
Qualification: B. Pharm, Pharm-D, or higher.
Strong knowledge of cGMP requirements for production.
Ability to manage emergencies in production.
Computer literate with MS Office & technical understanding.
Strong workforce management & leadership skills.
Team player, proactive, and enthusiastic.
