Key Responsibilities:
-
Oversee full management of ICAP’s LMS, ensuring accessibility, secure operation, and user-friendly experience.
-
Maintain compliance with organizational standards, policies, and security regulations.
-
Track system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with vendors.
-
Lead/manage LMS-related projects: upgrades, integrations, and improvements.
-
Mentor LMS administrators and digital specialists.
-
Train staff on LMS functionalities and best practices.
-
Monitor LMS usage and prepare detailed performance reports.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
-
Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management (HEC recognized).
-
3–5 years’ experience in LMS administration, project management, and stakeholder coordination.
-
Proficiency in LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas).
-
Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, e-learning tools, and IT troubleshooting.

Strong leadership, multitasking, and collaboration abilities.
📌 Deputy Manager – Karachi (Professional Development)
Key Responsibilities:
-
Coordinate with specialists and review delivery of study material.
-
Contribute to curriculum, academic policies, benchmarking, and event management.
-
Support digitization of study materials.
-
Conduct research and prepare agreements, records, and contracts.
-
Respond to student queries and provide timely support.
-
Support development of Shariah-related courses in line with Islamic principles.
-
Perform any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Required Education, Experience & Skills:
-
Candidate must be a Professional Accounting Affiliate with at least 02 years’ relevant experience OR an MBA/Accounting/Finance graduate from an HEC-recognized university with 03 years’ relevant experience.

Preference for candidates with academic or practical exposure to Islamic Finance/Shariah frameworks.
-
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
